After delivery. Your booking page shows the listening dates and return handoff date once delivery is recorded.
How does the security hold work?+
A separate card authorization reserves the quoted security amount shortly before dispatch. It reduces your available credit. We confirm an itinerary that fits the authorization window before sending equipment.
What happens if I buy?+
You return the rental demo, then purchase a separate new unit. We confirm availability, price, eligible audition-fee credit, shipping and delivery time before payment. Shipping is not credited. Buying a new unit does not release the rental hold; the demo must be returned and inspected.
